The fused silica sand particles are smooth and without edges. The quartz sand used for the quartz plate specifies that the particles are preferably spherical. The more spherical particles, the lower the bulk density, the lower the oil absorption value, and the lower the epoxy resin used. The frictional resistance of non-granular quartz sand is greater during mixing.

The size is prepared. The quartz plate is divided into fine quartz sand powder and coarse quartz sand with quartz. Coarse particles are made of stone, which is equivalent to the effect of concrete gravel and building steel bars; it has a decorative design that reflects the practical effect of beautiful and generous. The fine powder is the filling and reinforcement function, similar to the sand in the concrete; it makes the board have a higher relative density and higher density to exceed the actual effect of pollution resistance.

Fused silica sand has high fineness. Only coarse quartz sand is used for the quartz plate to specify the same color tone, and the fineness of the fine quartz sand powder must exceed 90 degrees. When the whiteness of fine quartz sand powder exceeds 90, it will not turn black when mixed with epoxy resin.

Low copper content. The more iron in the quartz sand will make the produced quartz plates appear variegated and reduce the quality of the goods.

Dry and crystalline. Quartz plates are made of quartz sand. Residues need to be removed during the whole production process to keep the moisture content below 0.5% to ensure that the quartz plates are manufactured without all pollutants and radiation, and are low-carbon and environmentally friendly.

High silicon content. Quartz sand is required to have a high silicon content (≥98%) as the stone in the quartz plate.
